郑文标

现任三分快艇/华侨华人研究院教授，法学博士。2012-2013年借调任职于国务院侨务办公室政策法规司，曾赴北京大学新闻传播学院、复旦大学中国研究院、大阪大学国际化倡议中心等机构访问学习。主要从事华侨华人、国际传播等领域研究，主持福建省社科基金规划项目2项，其中重点项目1项；主持“海外华文网站发展现状及相关数据库建设”等国务院侨务办公室课题3项；主持“华人互联网络的发展与侨务政策研究”等校厅级课题6项。在学术期刊公开发表论文十余篇，其中2篇被人大复印报刊资料全文转载，1篇被《红旗文摘》全文转载。咨询报告被省部级以上部门采用十余篇，中共中央政治局常委批示1篇，省部级主要领导批示1篇。
